Krikiy Terms and Conditions – A Complete Guide for Members

1. Introduction & Applicability

Krikiy (https://krikiy.org) is an international online gaming and betting platform operated specifically for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Krikiy and its members.

By starting to use the Krikiy website or mobile app, you automatically agree to all provisions of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are advised to discontinue use of Krikiy's services.

These Terms have been prepared in English for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. In the event of any interpretive dispute, the English version shall be considered final.

2. Account Register

To become a member of Krikiy, you must register with accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a direct violation of these Terms and Conditions.

• Each person may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• During registration, you must provide your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number accurately.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• You are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
• If any account details change (such as your mobile number or address), please notify Krikiy support promptly.

3. Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

Krikiy's services are strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Providing a false date of birth during registration is a serious violation of these Terms.

Krikiy may request any of the following documents at any time to verify a member's age and identity:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Driving License
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)
• Proof of Payment Method Ownership

Krikiy reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete. If an underage account is identified, it will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be forfeited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Krikiy supports multiple payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The payment method used for a deposit must be the same method used for the withdrawal.
• Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 and the minimum withdrawal is BDT 1,000.
• Withdrawal processing is typically completed within 24–72 hours.
• A specified wagering requirement must be fulfilled before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Krikiy may request additional verification for suspicious transactions.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Krikiy offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, and failure to comply with those terms may result in the bonus being forfeited.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members making their first deposit only. Applicable once per account.
• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of typically 10x to 30x must be met.
• Validity Period: Every bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.

• Money Laundering or Other Financial Crimes
• Placing bets using automated software or bots
• Threatening or harassing other members
• Attempting to influence the outcome of any event
• Using Krikiy's intellectual property without authorization

8. Account Closure & Suspension Policy

Krikiy may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• If age or identity verification fails
• When suspicious betting or transaction patterns are detected
• At the Member's Own Request (Self-Exclusion)
• Upon instruction from a regulatory authority

You may also request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any legitimate balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded; however, bonus funds will not be returned.

9. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
